identification, along with rapid methods to suit your
production cycle. We have a highly trained staff with more than 20 years
of experience in food microbiology.
We publish
articles that contain helpful information
for your business, such as research on microorganic behavior in specific
food matrices and recovery in culture, statistically choosing the
correct number of sample lots, and the proper cleaning of equipment to
prevent cross contamination; so that we in the food science industry can
