We utilize culture-based testing methods that are still considered the most reliable form of identification, along with rapid methods to suit your production cycle. We have a highly trained staff with more than 35 years of experience in food microbiology.
We test pre-production samples, processed foods and ingredients, and food packaging for optimal quality control throughout the whole production process.
